Shrine of chemical smog

Description

This time I used three formulas, (well plus sphereIFS) :) It's more than just one that I usually use.

Mandelbulb3D for the base image, plus a generous touch up with Ulead Photoimpact; denoising and recoloring, add of a little flare, contrast adjusts ... :) No real image "modification" in my eyes so I still call it "raw fractal" whatever that means?

There is nothing we can do about chemical smog so let us build a Shrine for all smog. Now I have been looking at this auspicious piece of art for a long time because it is not a piece to rush through. There are a lot of buildings and other detritus, that seem to be escaping the shrine. No matter what man can do, he can not put the genie back in the bottle. Build a shrine even it can not contain all the crap that man has done to the earth. The buildings in the background do not even have windows, the smog is floating everywhere, like a stream of water.. I find this piece brilliant and several different ways to view. Look hard and you can tell that if we do not do something about the enviroment now. This could be the Shrine of our future.
